Rock en Espanol 90s Legends El Paso Concert reviews
Incredible show, energetic band, fantastic crowd
Upon arriving at my seat, I wasn't expecting much, realizing this was stadium capacity seating and we were further back than I thought. Watching a forgettable opening act go through their set, we really couldn't see a thing and were expecting the worst. But, once Rock en Espanol 90s Legends hit the stage, the crowd exploded. Right from 1st note to lights coming up, Rock en Espanol 90s Legends were dazzling. Chris Martin and band were constantly moving and playing with excitement to this near capacity crowd. Despite the venue's limitations, they even went all the way to the other side of the stadium to perform a few numbers so people who sat at the other end could see them. Lights, balloons, confetti, improvised 'cell-phone wave' were all very visually energizing elements that made the show fun, creative, and overall just fantastic. Martin was very playful with the crowd and appreciative of their attending this event. They even passed out a cd of a live material upon exiting (brilliant marketing move). 'Hey, if you're going to spend a bunch of money to see us, we'll make sure you go home happy w/a CD to spare'. Once Rock en Espanol 90s Legends hit the stage, Chris Martin ran from one end of stage up ramps, singing, firing up the entire crowd. And the crowd responded. Keep it up guys, I'll come out and see you anytime.
